Frequently Asked Questions

With each order, you can expect a smooth experience with a dedicated design partner, original work, industry-leading quality, unique creativity, and an attractive final result. All of our deliverables are quality checked because we want to do our best to bring your vision to life and walk away with something you are proud of.

Each digital design or physical product requires various order requirements to be provided to your design partner. Typically this includes requirements such as text to be included, examples/samples, and high-resolution logos (or other images) which you have the rights to include.

No payments or sensitive information should be made or provided outside of the official Lux Designs platform. No representative of Lux Designs will ever ask for this kind of information or request payment in such a manner.

It varies. Each service/product will offer different options with a set amount of revisions. Optionally, you can purchase an addon of revisions at any time throughout the design process.
This is in place to protect the design partner's work. When a design partner delivers your order, you may see a watermark on the preview. This is also the case for printed products and proofs. After you have accepted your delivery, you will be able to download the original deliverable without the watermark.

Currently, our team is working on new features to facilitate the option of tipping your design partner.

Until then, please to not send payments outside of the Lux Designs platform.

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the service's description text, when the order is delivered, you are granted all the intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered from your design partner; the design partner waives any and all moral rights therein. All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to you, the buyer, is subject to the full payment of services and/or products.

We always encourage you to try and work things out with your design partner first and to only contact our support team after doing so. For more information, see our order resolution and refunds policies.

We may ask for a few things, but we will never ask for:
  • Your password or sign-in credentials
  • Your two-factor authentication (2FA) code
  • You to email us your password
  • You to log into a site outside of the luxdesigns.com domain
  • You to download or install an application
If you receive any such request or message, please never click any links, download or run any applications, or open email attachments—they are definitely not sent from us.

Yes, we can. We work with many brands that plan their marketing and promotional materials in advance, so we may need some proprietary information which brands wish to keep private. You can communicate your request for an NDA signature to your assigned design partner within your order.
